They include United Health Care Community Plan, Health Partners, Keystone First, Independence Blue Cross and Aetna and Aetna Better Health.<\/p><br><p>ACT accepts payments from Medicare and Medicaid, Medicaid HMOs, various insurance companies, including Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, Keystone Mercy Health Plan, United Healthcare and Health Partners as well as various waiver programs and private
