Our Founders

Maxima Hui obtained her MBA major in Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Passed her CPA Board Exams in the same year and started her career as a Senior Financial Analyst with Coopers and Lybrand. She has over twenty years of public, private accounting, auditing, banking, and finance experience.

Maria Teresa Cando has over 36 years of nursing experience (19 years in the home care industry) in various clinical settings such as hospitals, sub-acute and long term facilities, home care, and education. She worked in multiple homecare companies and held various positions including employee health counselor, visiting nurse, infusion nurse and most recently, Director of Patient Services/QI/HR.
