Our Founders Teresa Cando and Maxima Hui have experienced the need for home health care personally. With over twenty years experience in the nursing and home health care industry made them realize the importance of obtaining quality care at home. They have set out to create an agency that would provide the highest degree of care and better service for those in need of home health care.

MA. TERESA C. CANDO, RN, BSN has over 27 years of nursing experience (13 years in the home care industry) in various clinical settings such as hospitals, sub-acute and long term facilities, home care and education. Most recently as the Director for Patient Services for a leading home health agency specializing in pediatric private duty.

MAXIMA A. HUI, CPA, MBA. Obtained her MBA major in Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Passed her CPA Board Exams in the same year and started her career as a Senior Financial Analyst with Coopers and Lybrand. She has over twenty years of public, private accounting, auditing, banking and finance experience.
